It’s no secret that DePaul is home to tons of talent—and our alumni community is no exception! Check out these talented folks currently seen on the screen:

Catch P.J. Byrne (MFA ’99) as the doctor to Bernie Mac’s character in the film “Soul Men,” also starring Samuel L. Jackson. The film opens today!

Leave the TV on long enough and you’ll probably see Thomas Amandes (CER ’81). Right now, you might catch him in his recurring role of Martin Posner on ABC’s “Eli Stone.” And save the date for March 13, 2009 if you want to see Thomas in “The Soloist” with Jamie Foxx and Robert Downey, Jr. He’s also directing an episode of ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters” to air in January 2009.

Gillian Anderson (THE ’90) can be seen in “How to Lose Friends & Alienate People” with Simon Pegg, Kirsten Dunst and Jeff Bridges, released last month. She’s got three more flicks in the pipeline, but no word on release dates yet. Stay tuned…

DePaul’s own Monique Coleman (THE ’02) plays Taylor McKessie in Disney’s “High School Musical 3: Senior Year.” The movie’s been No. 1 at the box office for the past two weekends. Congratulations, Monique!

Chicago resident, DePaul grad, TV host. Nice credentials for Tim Gregory (MFA ’97), who hosts Home & Garden Television’s “New Spaces.”
