On Campus: Career Week 2009 Is Coming Up

Career changers info? Check. Résumé reviews? Check. Networking events? Check. Workshops, seminars and roundtables about job seeking and more? Check. Check. Check.

DePaul’s Career Week seems especially fitting this year as more and more people make tough decisions about their current careers and look for work in today’s economy. Thankfully, DePaul alumni, adult students and grad students can get tons of great information and support at Career Week 2009, Feb. 16-22. The week-long event includes workshops, panel discussions, etc. for career seekers and shakers. And some new events have been added this year, including the inaugural Blue 2 Blue Networking Event – perfect for making awesome business-to-business connections!

Plus, career coach and DePaul alumna Joan McMahon (LAS ’90) will speak at the Career Week Closing Keynote Brunch. A veteran of the human resources field, Joan’s got the enthusiasm and know-how it takes to help you find career peace in this rough economy. See what she has to say:
